Filler silo for short materials (polyester, feather, expanded polyurethane, mixtures, etc.).
It is a silo with a filler at high speed (more than 8000 turns per minute) with electronic weighing.
The silo, with cylindrical shape, has a mc 2,6 capacity and it is varnished with antistatic varnish in order to prevent the material from remaining stuck on the walls during the emptying.
The weighing takes place through three loading cells connected with an electronic instrument which enables:
  a) The visualization of the weight of the material contained in the silo.
  b) The setting out of 3 weights (from 10 g to 19990 g).
A mixer inside the silo keeps the material in motion and facilitates its getting out.
The control board is separated from the machine in order to have an ideal position during the working.
The filller is controlled through some pedals leaving the operator's hands unengaged.
Braking and acceleration are very rapid (about 4/10 of second) and do not require any maintenance since they are obtained through an electronic device.
All the parameters acceleration-speed-braking can be varied by the user for a greater flexibility in the use.
Moreover it is possible to vary the engine speed by opening or closing the slide that allows the introduction of the material.
The machine is constructed in conformity with the EEC directives EEC/73/23, EEC/89/336, EEC/89/392 and successive modifications and marked CE.
