It is a machine for the preparation of mixtures for the filling of stuffed materials (feather + foam rubber ; feather + polyester, foam rubber + polyester, etc.)
The material mixture takes place through two mixers horizontally placed for a best result.
The machine can also be used as a stocking silo.
Its high capacity ( 5 mc.) permits the preparation of a large quantity of material.
It is possible to charge the machine from high or sideways through a proper aspirator.
Arrangement for one or two filler machines.
It is possible to assemble the whole structure on loading cells for a correct preparation of mixtures.
"Soft - Start" device for a long life of motors and gearboxes.
Electric plant in watertight box (IP 55) with door-lock isolator, telemotorprotector, safety end of stroke and low-tension controls.
The machine is constructed in conformity with the EEC directives EEC/73/23, EEC/89/336, EEC/89/392 and successive modifications and marked CE.
