It is a machine for the carding of materials with average or long fibres for workrooms of great dimensions.
The drum has got 4 combs easily replaceable.
The machine has a belt conveyor for the introduction of the material to be carded.
The two feeding rollers are motorized and the speed is electronically changeable.
The compression between the two rollers takes place through two pneumatic cylinders.
It is provided with reverse motion for the unblocking in case of overload.
The discharge of the carded material takes place through an head provided with a socket for the vacuum cleaner tube.
The top chain is hinged for an easy cleaning.
An electric device automatically arrest the feed belt when the motor effort is excessive and gets the motor to start again when the effort is kept within certain limits.
