It
is a machine for the carding of materials with
average or long fibres.
The drum has got four combs easily replaceable.
The machine has a belt conveyor for the introduction of the material to be carded.
The two feeding rollers are motorized and their speed is changeable.
It is provided with reverse motion for the unblocking in case of overload.
The discharge of the carded material takes place through a head provided with a socket for the vacuum cleaner tube.
The top chain guard is hinged for an easy cleaning.
Electric plant in watertight box (IP 55) and low-tension controls.
The machine is constructed in conformity with the EEC directives EEC/73/23, EEC/89/336, EEC/89/392 and successive modifications and marked CE.
