It is the smallest and lightest mattress carding machine.
The machine cards several kinds of materials with short staple (wool, cotton, wastes, etc.).
It is possible to change the distance between the disk and the carding plug in order to adapt it to the various materials.
The particular shape of the hopper and the going out head prevent the accidental contact with the moving parts.
It is provided with a motorprotector safety-switch.
The machine can be provided with mono-phase or three-phase motor.
The machine is constructed in conformity with EEC directives 72/23 CEE, 89/336 CEE, 89/392 CEE and successive modifications marked CE.
