It is a special carder suitable for all materials with short fibres (wool, cotton, wastes, etc.) and particularly for the polyester fibres.
It is possible to change the distance between the disk and the carding cap to fit it to the different materials.
The feedbox size prevents any accidental contact with hands.
The machine can be supplied at one or three phases, therefore the fibre is opened accordingly, that is it goes through one or three passages of carding.
Electric plant in watertight box (IP 55) with door-lock isolator, telemotorprotector, safety end of stroke and low-tension controls.
The machine is constructed in conformity with the EEC directives EEC/73/23, EEC/89/336, EEC/89/392 and successive modifications and marked CE.
